• Should we maintain our membership in GBAOMA (Great Bangor Apartment Owners & Management Association)? $50 year.

• There are no scheduled Board meetings until March 10, 2025. Karen, you will need to chair that meeting. Zoom if needed.

• We will need a nomination committee at the end of March.

• We need to notify the membership of the nominees at the April meeting.
