Hampden Food Cupboard

July is the HHS month to donate to the Hampden Neighborhood Food Cupboard. Non-perishable food can be dropped off at the Hampden Congregational Church, 101 Main Road North in bags marked “from HHS.” The most needed items include:

  • canned tuna

  • canned chicken

  • toilet paper

  • shampoo

  • dish soap

  • laundry soap

  • peanut butter

  • canned soup

  • baked beans

  • cereal

Cash is always welcome.  Make checks payable to HNFC, write “for deposit only” on the back of the check and send it along to our member Vivian Gresser, Hampden Historical Society, P.O. Box 456, Hampden, ME 04444 or mail to HNFC, P.O. Box 9, Hampden, ME 04444.

Thank you in advance for your generosity. And obviously, while July is designated as HHS month, donations are welcome any time throughout the year.
